The root chakra is sometimes referred to as the Muladhara chakra — for its feminine energy. Known as the seat for raw energy, known as Kundalini, the Muladhara chakra is the first of seven chakras located at the base of the spine.

    I fail to see meat being one of the healing foods. You mention fear being the motivating factor when the root chakra is not functioning properly, yet to eat meat is to eat an animal that was feeling fear before it was slaughtered.

      Unless you are that animal it’s difficult to know precisely what they were feeling.  It is possible that that animal sacrificed it’s life and life force for the very moment.  Humans are mammals and need to survive.  We are not plants or made out of plants.  We have canines in our dentition and face many illnesses and lack of energy with the absence of meat.  Animals eat other animals…it’s nature.  To feed guilt into that only reveals someone who is afraid- which is counter-productive. I think if some gratitude is shown when eating meat, you are replacing the negative dark thoughts with something more appreciative.  It’s how you choose to look at it.  Animal products are in so many items from soaps to cosmetics to clothing etc.  Where do you draw the line? Is there a difference in the value of life of a mosquito vs a cow? Who decides that? Is your life 100% vegan? From a spiritual view- plants also have a life force.  There are many articles about studies that plants show fear with just the thought of harm to them whether by insects or humans.  Their life is taken as well.

        The meat needs to be organic, animals have feelings and when they do not have a normal life the chemicals they produce, does effect the quality of the meat when you eat it…

        Plants may have a life force, but they don’t have a nervous system, so no pain there. When you eat an apple, you don’t need to kill the tree… plus, you don’t need to 100% vegan to stop consuming animal products and use a 100% plant base soap.

    Very interesting take on the chakras. I’m aware of energy and sound healing and do the work myself, but haven’t yet conquered all the things I need to do for myself. This test was pretty accurate and reminded me of much of what I still need to address.  Thanks for doing your part.
