The second step consists in identifying which chakra you want to work on first. The chakras are all connected. If one is imbalanced, whether it’s overactive and too open or deficient and “closed” or energy does not flow well through it, the neighboring chakras and the whole system may be affected as well.     Do i need to train all chakras at the same time?

      Absolutely not, but be very careful as opening them all at the same time as a beginner can be very overwhelming and might also be dangerous if you don’t know anything about the possible dangers it may impose. It’s actually very important to understand that working with chakras and energies is not simply equal to a childs play as some people may think.

      There was one day I decided to do just that, open them all up, which I think I did but I’m not too sure if I manged to (it’s even worse if I only managed to open a few) and then I went out for an excercise ride with my bike. What happened was that I all of a sudden felt very weird, almost like I kind of lost a bit of my control of my body, like I could unsteadily wobble out on the busy road, yet I choose to fulfill my excercise and everything went on OK, I even ended it without any bigger trouble.

      So the conclusion is that if you open up all your chakras without closing them down again when you’re finished with your session and you go out for a walk in the park, or perhaps even go shopping or whatsoever, anything that will mean you’ll have to be close to people around you, that might be very dangerous as you can easily be affected by energies that might harm you or in worst case even affect you in such a way you’ll do, say or even think things you normally don’t. It can affect you so much stronger in that state than it would do if your chakras were properlly closed.

      So my last advice is to do research, educate yourself well and never ever blindly believe just any site or any comment on the internet, as the internet is full of people who think they know things when they are sadly way too uneducated regarding the matter, and that can turn out to harm you aswell.       I also need to add, that I think you can safely open 1 chakra at a time and work with that without having to worry about any negative outcomes, but just to be perfectly safe, in your shoes, I would definitely first ask a well-known professional regarding these matters!
